  • What types of materials do they sell?

    Adriazul- Materiais de Construção, Lda sells construction, finishing and decoration materials.

  • Do you have any physical space?

    Besides our online store we have a physical space in the city of Aveiro and another in Coimbra where you can find our showrooms. You can find more information on the "contact us" tab.

  • How can I find a specific product?

    If you want to search for a specific product just click on the magnifying glass symbol, which is always on the upper anthracite bar. Click on the magnifying glass and the "what are you looking for" menu will appear. Write what you want to find. As you go about writing, you come up with poor results. Finally, all the results found based on the research carried out. When you find what you are looking for, click enter.

  • How do I know the colors available on the products?

    The specific page of each product has, underneath the name, the existing colors of the same. To know if it exists in stock, just click on the color. If the product is not available, a message below the price with this information appears.

  • Are prices included?

    Product prices include VAT but not shipping. These are only included after the selection of the product and its inclusion in the shopping cart when selecting the shipping method, and they vary with the products selected and where they are sent.

  • Can the products be purchased outside of Portugal?

    Our website is prepared to sell to Continental Portugal and Islands, Spain, France and Italy. However, if you wish to purchase a product in another country, you may also do so. In this case, please first contact us through the form that is in the separate "contact us". We will respond as soon as possible.

  • How can I make the payment?

    Payment can be made through bank transfer or paypal account, using the credit card.

  • Are the products guaranteed?

    The products purchased have a two-year warranty for final customers, consumers, and a one-year warranty for professional customers, starting as of the billing date. This warranty only covers manufacturing defects and guarantees replacement / repair of the item at no cost to the customer.

  • Do they accept returns? How do I do?

    If there is an error in the order or if the customer receives a defective item, you can claim within 8 days after receiving the goods. In this case, it is fundamental that the articles have not been used or assembled, and the original packaging must be in perfect condition, and no refunds of any kind are accepted without it.

    If the defect has been made during the transport (blows, scratches, breaks, etc.) it must indicate it in the document of delivery of the transporter; Without this action the transport company will not be responsible for any such damage, and consequently, neither will we. The same is true of the lack of products in the order.

    In addition to this, you must also communicate, within a period of 24 hours after receiving the goods, the damage mentioned in the transport document to our logistics department (dianasantos@adriazul.pt). Solving the problem will be facilitated if you e-mail photographs of the product, showing the error / defect. All goods are guaranteed within the Iberian territory for € 8 / kg up to a maximum limit of € 1500 per shipping bill.

  • How is the article replaced?

    The replacement of the defective product or the resolution of our error in the request, will not entail any additional expenses for the customer.

    The cost of transporting the goods back and forth, returned for any reason other than product defect or error in the order, is borne entirely by the customer. In the particular case, if a claim is not accepted, the customer must pay the costs of transportation to and from the merchandise.

  • Can I give up the Product?

    Returns and cancellations do not apply when the applications relate to:

    - Customized, characterized or clearly customized products according to customer specifications.

    - Products that may deteriorate or expire quickly.

    - Sealed products which are not fit to be returned for reasons of health or hygiene protection and which have been sealed after delivery.

    - Returns of out-of-stock or stock products acquired by Adriazul will not be accepted at the express request of the customer.

    In the circumstances indicated above, the consumer has the right to withdraw from any purchase without having to justify it within 14 calendar days of the day on which the consumer or a third party appointed by him, other than the carrier, receives the goods .

    In order to exercise this right, the consumer must notify his decision to withdraw from the contract before the expiration of 14 days, by registered mail or by electronic mail to:

    The products will be returned to Adriazul no later than 14 calendar days from the date the consumer notifies of his decision to withdraw from the contract and the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    In order to make a return or complaint, the customer must indicate the data of the corresponding request:

    - Name, reference and quantity of the product you wish to return

    - Request number

    - Full name of customer

    - Order delivery address

    - Date and signature, if sent by post.

     

    In the event of an accepted withdrawal, Adriazul will return the respective payments made by the consumer, except for the delivery expenses or the additional expenses resulting from the customer's choice of a mode of delivery different from the less expensive mode of ordinary delivery offered by Adriazul. This will be effected by the same means of payment used by the consumer in the initial transaction and will occur in the 14 days running from the date of notification of the withdrawal, after receiving in perfect condition the returned products.
